Indulge in a gourmet meal, sip on local libations, place bids in the silent and live auctions, hear a brief conservation update from Executive Director Josh Laughlin and remarks by Pacific Crest Trail (Oregon section) speed record holder, Emily Halnon, and enjoy lively conversation. The Wonderland Auction is Cascadia Wildlands’ largest fundraiser of the year, and proceeds from it propel our work into the new year to keep big trees standing, wild rivers flowing, and gray wolves howling in our special region. This memorable event relies on your generosity to make it such a smashing success year after year, and we are thankful for that.
About the band!
Mhondoro means “the lion spirit” in Shona, a language of Zimbabwe. This jazz ensemble formed spontaneously in reaction to the pandemic and aims to carry listeners through to a new day with power. Together, they are global and hyper-local—truly American, in the best sense of the word, representing unity and providing an artistic escape from modern headlines and exposing exciting possibilities for the future.

Welcome Cocktail or Mocktail: Specially crafted by Thinking Tree Spirits and Heritage Distilling, accompanied by a selection of delicious appetizers.
Libations: Craft beer by The Wheel (including a commemorative release) and fine wine by Opine Cellars.
Salad: In keeping with our ‘Back to the Roots’ theme, we present a Roasted Beet Salad featuring chioggia and golden beets, arugula, and a golden beet vinaigrette.
Main Entrée: Choose between our Vegan Mushroom Risotto or Grilled Chicken Breast with an herb-infused jus.
Side Dishes: Herb-roasted fingerling potatoes, olive oil-roasted vegetables, fresh rolls with butter.
Dessert: Generously provided by Sweet Life Patisserie.
