Stop the Egregious Blue and Gold Old-Growth Logging Project!

Despite the worsening climate and biodiversity crises, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to log thousands of acres of pristine old- growth forest habitat in Oregon’s Coast Range. The Blue and Gold Project, located west of Yoncalla in the Umpqua River watershed, contains some of the last fragments of unlogged, carbon-storing forests in the region. This beautiful area provides essential habitat to imperiled Northern spotted owl and marbled murrelet. Help us halt this awful proposal.
