The Eugene Environmental Film Festival believes in “creating space and a platform to address and bring light to critical issues facing our planet.” As part of this initiative, the 10-day Festival from Sept. 29 – Oct. 8, hosted at the Eugene Art House Cinema, will feature ways for moviegoers to take action on local issues each day.
This year, Cascadia Wildlands is excited to host “Forest-Friday” on Friday, Oct. 6. We are working with the festival to create ways for folks to learn about our work to defend and restore Cascadia’s ecosystems and how to take meaningful action to address the environmental issues we face.
More information will be provided on the festival’s website here.
